SHIPPING POLICY

1. Delivery area and shipping cost
yanyiyg currently ships only to addresses within the United States. Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase required. We do not currently offer international shipping.

2. Order processing
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after order confirmation and successful payment. Business days mean Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Processing time is separate from the carrier's transit time.

3. Estimated delivery time
After dispatch, estimated transit time is 3-7 business days. Combined with processing, the usual estimated time from order confirmation to delivery is approximately 4-9 business days.

These times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, or other unexpected events can cause delays. If a material delay affects your order, we will contact you with the available information and resolution options required by applicable law.

5. Shipment updates
We will send shipment information to the email address provided with your order. When carrier tracking is available, it will be included in the shipment update. Please allow time for the carrier to record its first scan.

6. Delivery details and problems
Please check your delivery address before placing an order. If an address needs correction, contact CS@ssshero.com promptly. We will check whether it can be changed before dispatch.

If a package appears lost, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact CS@ssshero.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances and applicable law. A carrier status does not automatically close your claim.

7. Returns
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after receipt. We cover return shipping costs. Contact us before mailing a return so that we can provide instructions and arrange shipping at our expense. See our Return and Refund Policy for the full process and refund timing.
