1. Store operator and scope
This website, https://ssshero.com/, is operated by INSTANT CHINESE RICE LLC under the store name yanyiyg. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to INSTANT CHINESE RICE LLC. These terms describe use of our store and purchases made through it, together with the product information and policies provided before checkout.

2. Using the store
Please provide accurate and complete contact, payment, and delivery information. You must have legal capacity to place an order or permission from a parent or guardian where required. You must not use the store for unlawful activity, fraudulent transactions, interference with its operation, or unauthorized access to information or systems.

3. Products and information
Review each product's description, size information, materials, and care instructions before ordering. Device and display settings can affect how colors appear. This does not limit your rights if an item is defective, materially differs from its description, or is sent incorrectly.

We aim to keep product information, prices, and availability accurate. If an error affects an order, we will contact you to explain the issue and available options. We will not substitute a different product or collect an additional amount without your agreement. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and refund any amount collected for the unfulfilled items.

4. Prices and payment
The applicable price and currency are displayed on the store and at checkout. Any applicable taxes and the final order total are shown before payment. Standard shipping within the United States is free. Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout. Payments are processed through the payment providers offered there.

5. Orders and delivery
We currently ship only within the United States. Orders are normally processed in 1-2 business days. Estimated transit time after dispatch is 3-7 business days. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. See our Shipping Policy for details.

If you need to correct an address, change an order, or request cancellation, contact CS@ssshero.com as soon as possible. We will check whether the requested change can be made before dispatch. If shipment has already occurred, the Return and Refund Policy applies.

6. Returns and refunds
You may request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after delivery. We cover return shipping costs and do not charge a restocking or return handling fee. Returned items are inspected within 3 business days of receipt. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 2 business days after approval; your payment provider controls when the credit appears. Please review our Return and Refund Policy for eligibility and instructions.

7. Shopify and privacy
The store is hosted on Shopify, which processes information when you visit and purchase through the store to provide its commerce and related services. Shopify and other service providers may process information in other countries. Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information and how to contact us about privacy rights. Shopify's own processing is also described at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/consumers.

8. Website materials and third parties
Website materials may be protected by intellectual property rights belonging to us or third parties. Purchases do not transfer those rights. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Links to another service do not themselves establish an affiliation or endorsement. When you use an external service, review the terms and privacy notice applicable to that service.

9. Problems, legal rights, and changes
Contact us if you encounter a problem with the website or an order so that we can investigate and seek a resolution. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights, statutory warranties, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may update these terms for future use of the store. The terms and policies presented when you place an order continue to govern that purchase, subject to applicable law. Material changes will be communicated as required.
